Your new role
As Audit Director, you will lead and develop audit services for a diverse portfolio of fast‑growing, entrepreneurial businesses across the West Midlands. You will work closely with VC‑backed companies and dynamic family‑owned organisations, building long‑term relationships, delivering high‑quality audit and advisory services, and acting as a trusted partner to your clients. You will also play an active role in growing the business, capitalising on a significant pipeline of new opportunities and strengthening relationships both internally and externally. What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience at Senior Manager or Director level within audit, with a track record working with entrepreneurial clients.
