Responsibilities

  • Deliver MEP cost consultancy services across a range of public sector and FM projects.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee project finances and ensure commercial success.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Support business development and contribute to regional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MEP Surveyor or in a similar surveying role with a strong M&E focus.
  • Track record of delivering projects in the Government, Healthcare, or FM sectors.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central region.
  • For Senior Associate level: Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) is essential.
