Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a well-established and multi-disciplinary practice based in Birmingham, known for delivering a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Due to an increasing workload, they are looking to appoint a skilled Architectural Technologist with strong Revit proficiency to support the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable individual with experience in both design and project delivery, who is confident working from concept through to completion within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist:
- Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings using Revit.
- Support the preparation of planning and technical design packages.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Assist in managing project programmes, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and H&S standards.
- Support project coordination and day-to-day team activities.
Key requirements for the Architectural Technologist:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
- Proven experience within a UK architectural practice.
- Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Ability to work across multiple RIBA stages.
