Our client, a well-established and highly profitable local business, are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team due to expansion. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Someone who can think on their feet, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and updating warehouse and transport documentation accurately
  • Booking deliveries, collections, and coordinating transport schedules
  • Liaising with internal teams, customers and drivers
  • Managing stock movement records and updating internal systems
  • Producing delivery notes, PODs, and shipping paperwork
  • Supporting goods in/goods out administration processes
  • Handling customer and supplier queries via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate data entry
  • Assisting with general operational and administrative support within the warehouse and transport function

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or transport administration-based role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel and internal systems
