We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven permanent Assistant Construction Contracts Manager to join our clients expanding commercial construction team in Billingshurst. What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting our clients Contracts Manager across 3-6 active sites across England.
- Assisting with contract administration, budget tracking, stock management, and security coordination.
- Liaising with Site Managers to ensure health & safety compliance and efficient project execution.
- Keeping documentation and audit records up to date for project handovers.
- Travelling to various sites (some long distances or occasional overnight stays) - flexibility is key!
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, honest, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a practical mindset.
- Someone happy to work independently and willing to travel.
- Must be 21+ (insurance requirement) with a valid driving licence as driving will be required.
- Confident using Windows-based software including Outlook and Excel.
- A keen interest or background in the construction industry is essential.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- CSCS Card, CITB Certificate.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Awareness of SSSTS, SMSTS, MEWPS, IPAF, Forklift, and First Aid.
- Willingness to complete any necessary training.
