A leading international organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join its finance team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global business supporting critical billing and financial operations.

Your new role

You will manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoice preparation, adjustments, and reporting. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing queries, maintain customer and contract data, support month-end processes, and ensure accuracy and compliance (including VAT standards). You’ll also assist with system testing and ad hoc finance tasks.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Native/business‑level Japanese and fluent English (Desired not essential)
  • Previous billing or finance experience
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and highly self‑motivated
