As an Early Years Educator at Busy Bees, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. You will work in an Ofsted‑rated Good nursery located in Biggleswade Kings Reach, supporting a capacity of 109 children.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create a safe and stimulating environment, preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage children’s growth.
  • Lead educational activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Act as the key person responsible for each child’s development and care needs, establishing strong family connections.

Required Qualifications

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to apply child‑development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
