About our Nursery: Join our dedicated and friendly team at Busy Bees in Biggleswade Kings Reach, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 109 children. We are passionate about nurturing children's love of learning through playful teaching, creating a fun and engaging environment. Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
