  • Strong manual handling skills and the ability to work in all climates (PPE provided).
  • A team‑oriented approach, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills and the ability to manage tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and numeracy.
  • A self‑motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • A flexible approach to work, including overtime when needed.
  • A full, valid driving licence.
