Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a permanent Transport Administrator to join our prestigious client based in the Erith area. This role is to ensure compliance of the Vehicle fleet. You will report to the Group Transport Manager and there will be interaction with the suppliers and companies' drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the FMS is fully up to date at all times.
- Booking vehicles in for PMI's, Servicing and Repairs, with legal timescales.
- Collect and record information from drivers and suppliers.
- Ensure each driver and vehicle has the required equipment and PPE.
- Order equipment and PPE for drivers and vehicles.
- Monitor and purchase fuel.
- Allocating and loading of fuel to drivers and trucks.
- Organising inductions at terminals.
- Monitoring fuel levels in depots and arranging deliveries.
- Assist in all areas of Transport.
Qualifications:
- Good level of knowledge using computer programs.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in using commercial computer programs.
- Good computer skills.
- Desire to learn.
- Meticulous and methodical approach.
- Ability to work on own with minimal supervision.
- You must have your own transport, due to location of the role.
