Position Overview: Junior Sales Account Executive – Bewdley, Worcestershire. 3 days office based, occasional time at Aston HQ and industry events. Salary: up to £40,000 + commission, cOTE £60,000 first year. Benefits include 5% pension and flexible core hours.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support sales and marketing activities, generate new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, identify opportunities, and start conversations with law firms interested in modernising their technology.
  • You will create engaging LinkedIn content, support email campaigns, develop digital marketing initiatives, manage CRM updates, reporting and client communications, and assist with webinars, events and content marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Decent education – A‑Levels, degree or equivalent
  • At least a few years experience in sales or marketing
  • Full UK driving licence
