£28,000 - £32,000 (OTE £65,000) + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Great Earning Potential

Are you a Sales Designer with a background in Bathrooms looking to join a market‑leading company where you'll have the opportunity to design, sell, and project manage bespoke bathrooms? This is an exciting opportunity with a company that values its people, products, and customers.

You'll work on inspiring projects within a growing family‑run company specialising in luxury bathroom designs and refurbishments, offering full on‑the‑job training to understand their process and the opportunity to boost your earnings with a generous commission structure.

In this role, you will:

  • Consult with 4‑6 clients a day to understand their needs
  • Create bespoke designs that fit their vision and budget
  • Manage projects from start to finish to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Collaborate with a close‑knit team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets

The Role:

  • Consult with clients, design custom solutions, and liaise with the internal team on designs using Virtual Worlds
  • Full on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to progress within a growing company
  • Opportunity to earn up to £50K‑£65K
  • Monday - Friday 9‑5pm, Saturday 10‑5pm with a weekday off in lieu
