Hays is working with a well-known residential estate agency and, due to upcoming organisational growth, the agency is expanding its team and seeking a Property Manager who thrives on responsibility, problem‑solving, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
  • Oversee the full property management process, from move‑in to move‑out.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, coordinating contractors and ensuring efficient resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and tenants through clear, professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year’s experience in property management, lettings, or property sales.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Full UK driving licence.
