As Finance Officer, you will provide key administrative and financial support within a busy finance function.

Responsibilities

  • Processing financial information in line with set procedures and deadlines
  • Supporting reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Handling queries from a range of stakeholders and providing timely support
  • Assisting with prompt payment processes and financial compliance
  • Inputting, validating and maintaining financial data across systems
  • Managing correspondence, emails and general administrative tasks
  • Assisting with cash handling and banking processes where required
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the finance office and wider team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience within a finance or office environment, ideally involving financial systems and processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
