Independent Alternative Education catering to 88 pupils across 2 sites with SEMH, ADHD, ODD.
Role Overview:
Alternative Provision with a strong emphasis on pastoral support seeks a Behaviour Mentor. This Basildon-based Alternative Provision caters to students in Years 9, 10 and 11 who have not coped or have been excluded from mainstream school. Join the dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour team who work alongside Teachers and Tutors. The school places high importance on Mentoring, Personal Development and Work Experience opportunities for pupils. This is a full-time role – Monday to Friday, during school hours.
Requirements:
- Clear and valid DBS check required.
- Passion for working with disengaged young people.
