We're working with a premium automotive retailer who are expanding their workshop team in Beaconsfield and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians across multiple levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performance, manufacturer-approved environment with excellent earning potential and genuine long-term career development.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring first-time fixes and an exceptional customer experience built on trust, quality, and precision.
Salary Levels (Depending on Experience):
- Service & Maintenance Technician: 38,800
- Qualified Systems Technician: 41,800
- Qualified Diagnostic Technician: 43,800
- Senior Diagnostic Technician: 48,800
Plus 1,000 sign-on bonus (month 1) + 1,000 (month 13)
Now trialling weekend closures (no Saturday or Sunday working)
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Automotive
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz (desirable but not essential)
