A well-established and growing home care provider in Batley is seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven background in domiciliary care management, operational oversight, compliance, and team development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch
  • Ensure the service operates in line with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
  • Lead, manage, and support office staff and care teams
  • Drive branch growth through effective recruitment, retention, and business development strategies
  • Monitor and improve service quality, client satisfaction, and care standards
  • Manage branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
  • Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage operational performance and achieve targets
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
