A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to join a well-established and growing home care provider in Batley. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven background in domiciliary care management, operational oversight, compliance, and team development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage operational performance and achieve targets
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
