We are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager for our body shop to facilitate and oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing the team to deliver a quality repair – on time, every time. As the Bodyshop Manager, you will deliver exceptional market‑leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first‑class customer service journey, from initial booking to the final return of the vehicle.

Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager:

  • Ultimately responsible for all activities at the repair centre through the effective control of line managers and supervisory colleagues, paying attention to profits in line with the business plan.
  • Engage with key members of the team to agree output targets and provide feedback on the previous day's performance.
  • Engage all team members for managerial, supervisory and customer‑facing positions; review the performance and objectives of staff and develop a training plan.
  • Monitor customer complaints and ensure they are resolved quickly and fairly.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping and health and safety regulations/policies are adhered to by all members of the team.
  • Prepare accurate data and statistics in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements and contribute to regional meetings to identify and promote new business opportunities.
