Salary: £26,000 Basic + Annual Bonus

Permanent Role – Shifts: Monday – Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing and fast‑paced operation on behalf of our client in the Basildon area. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking to develop, progress, and be part of a business that values reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic. With an ASAP start available, this role would suit someone ready to hit the ground running.

The Role

  • Handling and managing incoming and outgoing stock
  • Picking, packing, and processing customer orders
  • Operating Reach Truck / Counterbalance FLT
  • Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness
  • Supporting general warehouse operations and day‑to‑day duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment
  • Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLT licence
  • Reliable, committed, and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working night shifts (11pm – 8am)
  • Basic understanding of warehouse systems / processes
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
