Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national residential organisation to recruit a Registered CQC Manager. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a supported living residence designed for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviour needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, management expertise, and a compassionate approach to resident care. This role involves ensuring high-quality support services, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, respectful environment for residents.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for managing staff, developing care plans, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

You must be an experienced CQC Registered Manager with either residential or supported living experience to be considered.
