- Logging all tenders accurately on the tender tracker system
- Following company file structures and approved software processes
- Preparing and submitting tenders in a consistent and professional format
- Using OnScreen Takeoff software for project measurement and quantity analysis
- Reviewing tender documents thoroughly to ensure complete tender returns
- Obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations where practical
- Working closely with the buying department to ensure rates remain current and competitive
- Considering project durations and potential price increases during pricing exercises
- Actively following up tender submissions and maintaining communication with clients
- Preparing for tender meetings with clients and coordinating internal support where required
- Supporting tender presentations and commercial discussions
- Preparing and leading project handover meetings following successful tenders
- Coordinating information transfer to commercial, production, finance, buying and health and safety teams
- Ensuring all project measures, rates and tender details are issued accurately to the commercial team
- Maintaining organized project records and documentation throughout the tender process
