Location: Barnsley

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain quality management systems and processes
  • Carry out inspections, audits, and quality checks on products and processes
  • Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis activities
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Support internal and external audits when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role
  • Good understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
  • Engineering or manufacturing background preferred
