We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting a key UK site of 900 employees. This is a hands-on, strategic role partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational design, restructuring, and large-scale change programmes
  • Partner with leaders to drive culture, engagement, and performance
  • Develop leadership capability and support high-performing teams
  • Deliver talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
