Pertemps Croydon are currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to work in Nurseries Croydon South London. The Role

  • Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Observe, plan, and assess children's development
  • Support key worker responsibilities and contribute to learning journeys
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within supportive nursery settings across Kent

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • Be confident completing observations, planning activities, and supporting next steps in learning
  • Be proactive, caring, and a strong team player
