Role
As an Administrator, you will provide vital support within the Admin Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client jobs, documentation and communication. Accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential, as you will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for delivering a professional, dependable and friendly service. You will manage your own responsibilities while working collaboratively within a flexible and supportive team environment.
About You
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in an administrative environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- A positive, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administrative experience essential (minimum 5 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Experience booking online courier collections would be an advantage although training will be provided

- Education: GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Language: English - written, spoken and reading
- Driving Licence: Required
