Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a hands-on, industrial role? We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading international manufacturing company as Furnace Operators. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance and attention to safety.

As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in:

  • Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces in a manufacturing environment.
  • Loading and unloading heavy materials and products.
  • Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.
  • Good physical strength and stamina; this role involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Willingness to work in high-temperature environments.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Weekly Alternating:

Week 1: Mon-Thurs: 6:00 am-2:00 pm Fri: 6:00 am-11:00 am

Week 2: Mon-Thurs: 2:00 pm-10:00 pm Fri: 11:00 am-4:00 pm

Night Shift

Monday to Thursday: 10:00 pm-6:00 am

Friday: 4:00 pm-9:00 pm

Please note you will only be required to work nights OR alternating shifts.
