Location: Baildon / Shipley Area

Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour

Job Type: Ongoing, full-time with potential for permanent placement

Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive business with a large, modern facility in the Baildon/Shipley area. We're currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance or Bendi) to join their hardworking, supportive team.

Your Role as an FLT Driver:

  • Operate a Counterbalance or Reach FLT (depending on department)
  • Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
  • Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse
  • Perform manual handling of heavy items as required
  • Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures

What We are Looking For:

  • Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Bendi)
  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a factory or warehouse setting
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

  • Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
