We're currently recruiting for an Air Freight Operator to join a well-established freight forwarding company based in Bradford. This is a key role within the team, offering the chance to be involved in the full import process while delivering a high level of service to customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing air freight import shipments from start to finish, ensuring all customer requirements are met efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Handling air import shipments from arrival through to final delivery
  • Take responsibility for pricing, quoting, and providing competitive solutions to customers
  • Processing customs
  • Liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

  • Previous experience in air freight imports (essential)
