Duties of a Service Advisor
- Providing outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for service department clients
- Managing service bookings and advising customers on additional work and services
- Upselling extra services such as service plans, warranties, and maintenance packages
- Achieving customer satisfaction scores of 800 - 1,000 through effective interactions
- Collaborating with workshop and parts departments to facilitate efficient service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS)
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Requirements of a Service Advisor
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional manner
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
