Salary: 50,000
Shifts (2-Week Rotation)
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 15:00
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 02:00
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and reliability
- Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Requirements
- Multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical competencies
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment (food industry desirable but not essential)
- Ability to fault find on a range of automated machinery
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
