Contract Type: Permanent - Fulltime

Shift Pattern / Time: 4 on 3 off (x2) 4 on 2 off, 18:30 - 05:00

Rate: £15.37 per hour

Location: Greencore, Carlyon Road Industrial Estate, 7, Carlyon Rd, Atherstone CV9 1LQ

Responsibilities:

  • Get all ingredients from the Preparation area, ensuring correct trace codes and stock rotation.
  • Work in a chilly environment, lift/push up to 80kg with trolleys and lift up to 20kg.
  • Ensure sufficient ingredients for the run-in order to produce products to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

  • Good level of numeracy and literacy skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in FMCG and chilled food manufacturing, with knowledge of food safety.
  • Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Familiar with operational KPIs.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Experienced communicating effectively across all levels and departments.
  • Strong team player who can work independently.
  • Well organised with a proactive approach to forward planning.
