About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Account Co‑Ordinator to join our Event Fulfilment Team. This is a fast‑paced and varied role where you will work closely with key client accounts, supporting the efficient management and execution of event requirements while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating logistics, maintaining client communication, supporting internal teams, and ensuring all event and reporting processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day orders through the online ordering system
  • Handle client calls and emails in a timely, professional, and proactive manner
  • Organise crew and driver bookings as required
  • Plan driver routes and prepare costings for jobs daily
  • Maintain and update the online ordering system, including stock control, equipment condition updates, weights, sizes, pictures, locations, and barcodes
  • Support out‑of‑hours client communication when required, including participation in a weekend rota
  • Ensure projects remain within client budgets
  • Produce Health & Safety reports, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements
  • Complete monthly stock reports for customers where required
  • Ensure all costs and reporting are completed accurately and within finance deadlines

Internal & External Communication

  • Liaise closely with warehouse management and warehouse operatives to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
  • Coordinate with drivers, external crew, and suppliers as required
  • Ensure all documentation and event information is communicated clearly to support smooth execution
  • Provide support and guidance to Account Managers within the team
  • Work collaboratively with the wider office team to ensure daily operational tasks are completed effectively and on time

General Support

  • Provide general administrative support across the business as required
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties related to the role

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Strong administrative skills gained within a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel

Desirable

  • Experience planning and organising promotional/experiential staff
  • Experience using warehouse management systems
  • Knowledge or experience within event logistics
