An expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious and client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role involves:
- Managing a team of two
- Project delivery covering residential, local authority, retrofit, and fire remediation projects
- Undertaking a client-facing role, working closely with key clients to gain new and repeat work
Requirements:
- MRICS preferred, but not essential
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Employers Agent experience would be ideal
- Exposure to Residential, Fire Remediation, or Local Authority projects
- Client-facing experience
- Management experience
