It is recognised for delivering detail‑driven projects in live environments and specialist construction settings, with a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship and long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting cost management, valuations and variation accounts
  • Assisting with subcontract procurement and commercial administration
  • Managing subcontractor payments and applications
  • Supporting CVRs, forecasting and reporting
  • Working closely with site teams and project managers
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and supply chain partners

Qualifications:

  • Around 2 years experience in Quantity Surveying within a main contractor
  • Exposure to refurbishment, residential or general construction projects
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Good understanding of commercial processes and subcontract management
  • Relevant construction or QS qualification (preferred)
