Skopes Menswear is a leading menswear retailer, with stores/concessions across the UK and over 75 years of operation. The business is expanding further and we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our menswear store based within Springfield Outlet shopping centre, Unit 49A Camel Gate, Spalding, PE12 6EU. This is a superb opportunity to join our well-established yet ever-growing company in a managerial position.
Dynamic individuals are sought and will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager
- Managing the store and team
- Organising staff rotas
- Sales and customer service
- Merchandising stock
- Use of till and card machine
Salary / Benefits:
- £26,832 per annum plus excellent bonus and commission
- Commission scheme is payable on team sales, not an individual target
- 28 days holiday
- Workplace pension scheme

- Full training on all our stock
Hours: 40 hours per week between store opening times.
