As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day to day operation of the store, driving sales, delivering high standards and creating an engaging shopping experience for every customer.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within retail
  • A hands on leader who enjoys coaching and motivating a team
  • Passion for customer service and building strong customer relationships
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive store performance
  • Strong visual merchandising and operational skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store
  • Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to individual customer needs
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets and high standards
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and stock presentation throughout the store
  • Drive KPI performance and support with commercial decision making
  • Ensure the store environment is welcoming, organised and customer focused
