We are seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef at our luxury coastal hotel near Kingsbridge in South Devon.
Location: Kingsbridge, Devon
Salary: £40,000–£42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef with the general day-to-day running of the kitchen, and lead the team in their absence.
- Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Assist with preparation, cooking and plating of high-quality dishes.
- Support the team at the pub next door while maintaining high standards.
- Work with the Executive Chef to maintain kitchen organisation and training of staff, and assist with menu creation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous high-end, fine-dining experience, ideally 2 Rosette standard or equivalent.
- Strong passion for using good quality, fresh local produce.
- Drive and determination to consistently achieve more for yourself and the team.
- Ability to work in an ambitious and professional kitchen environment.
Additional Information: Due to the remote location, a reliable personal transport is preferred.
