Role: Assembly Operative
Location: Edgware
Pay: 14.00 - 14.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 17:30
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join a busy production team in Edgware. The role involves assembling products, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting the production team to meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products accurately according to manufacturing instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform basic wiring or component assembly tasks if required.
- Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the production area.
- Report component shortages, equipment issues, or any safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Undertake training as required to develop skills and efficiency.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work to quality standards.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
