We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembly Operator to join our growing team at a busy spring manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced production environment, assembling and inspecting high‑quality spring products for a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities- Assembling spring components and related products
- Operating basic production and assembly machinery
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider production team when required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not essential
