Do you have experience in assembly, hands-on role? Are you looking for dedicated training development and progression within a well-established company within the aircraft sector?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Fitter to join a multibillion turnover aircraft company, to have dedicated training & development and career options with an industry leading EASA 145 facility. You will work in a specialist team within the safety department.
Duties will include:
- Disassembly, test, fault find, and repair various safety equipment from rafts, slides etc.
Ideally you will be located in a commutable distance to Stansted Airport and have experience in a production/assembly role with hands-on skills which you are looking to continue to develop further.
The Role:
- Disassemble, test, fault find and repair various aircraft safety equipment (inflatable slides, rafts etc)
- Dedicated Training & Technical Development
- Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, every other Friday off
The Person:
- Assembly, hands-on, manufacturing/production background
- Previous experience working with flight safety equipment desirable but not essential
- Previously working within aviation industry desirable but not essential
