As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations

  • Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits
  • Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained
