A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across the East Midlands. This is a genuine dual role offering a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial and industrial projects. The Role:

  • Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
  • Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling
  • Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector properties
  • Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports
  • Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures

Requirements:

  • BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role
  • Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
  • Comfortable managing workload independently
  • Full UK driving licence
