Are you a qualified Art Teacher looking for a new role to start in September? Registration for September is now open. We are recruiting Art Teachers for the next academic year, starting September, across Leicester and Leicestershire.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is beneficial)
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team
Positions Available
- Day‑to‑day cover – teaching across local schools to cover daily absences
- Short‑term cover – for several weeks
- Part‑time and full‑time work
- Long‑term work – deeper involvement in planning and marking within specialist subject(s)
- Permanant work
Responsibilities
The daily work will involve attending several different schools in your local area to provide general supply. You may be required to teach a general mix of subjects throughout the day. For long‑term work, you will be expected to plan and mark in your specialist subject, contributing more fully to the school’s curriculum.
