An Architectural Technologist job is available in South West London working on high-end residential and hospitality projects across the UK and overseas. This role is suited to an Architectural Technologist with strong experience across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, delivering coordinated construction information, technical detailing and site-based support throughout the project lifecycle.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Prepare tender and construction documentation
- Coordinate consultant information during technical stages
- Produce Building Regulations documentation
- Review contractor and supplier drawings
- Undertake regular site inspections
- Support technical detailing and material specifications
- Work across residential and hospitality projects
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum five years post qualification experience
- CIAT accredited qualification
- Luxury residential or hospitality sector experience essential
- Strong technical drawing and specification experience
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience coordinating consultant information
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience
