Are you a Part 3 Architectural Assistant looking for progression within the industry with a friendly tight‑knit practice that offers progression to managerial or associate level with excellent benefits? On offer is the chance to progress within a reputable company that offers full on‑the‑job training and mentorship so you can work on projects independently and have the opportunity to grow and develop through our internal training programs.

This company, with over a decade of experience, works on varied projects in both the high‑end residential and commercial sector. We work on RIBA stages 0–6 nurturing projects from conceptualisation to completion. In this role you will work alongside established Part 3 Architects and Architectural associates.

The role includes:

  • Conducting feasibility studies
  • Preparing drawings
  • Handling planning applications
  • Creating technical drawings
  • Creating presentations and providing support with various day‑to‑day tasks related to architectural projects
  • Attending sites and liaising with clients
  • Working Monday‑Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

The person should have:

  • Part 3 Architectural Assistant background
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications
  • Ability to commute to Sutton, South London
