About the Role
Our client provides a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Arborist/Climber to join our Arboricultural Association‑Approved contracting team in Christchurch. This role offers the chance to advance your career and be part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an Arborist position
- Awareness of safety protocols and procedures is critical to ensure the well‑being of both the surveyor and others in the vicinity of trees being assessed.
- If you hold relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Maintenance (Formerly CS 30 / CS 31), Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formerly CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formerly CS 39), Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formerly CS 41), or equivalent industry‑standard qualifications, this would be highly advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and First Aid Certificate is essential.
- Eye for detail and willingness to learn.
