Senior AR/Credit Supervisor to join our growing finance team. This newly created role requires media experience. The role is a sole‑charge position with potential to supervise one junior credit controller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end‑to‑end AR and Credit function.
  • Operational credit control, daily payment allocation and cash application.
  • Customer chasing and follow‑up via phone and email.
  • Offsets, reconciliations, chargeback and dispute management.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly aged debt reports.
  • Coordinate collection and validation of AR ageing data across entities.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review AR ageing, overdue balances and key risk positions.
  • Act as AR/Credit Control point of contact for clients and work closely with internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in AR/Credit roles, preferably senior positions.
  • Must have media experience; advertising preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.
  • Hours 9:00 – 17:30.
