Our client is currently looking for experienced Application Support Engineers to join their team, supporting critical IT and operational technology environments.

Location: Billingham

Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35) Possible extension

Our client is currently hiring for two different Application Support roles at varying levels of seniority:

  • Level 2 Application Support
  • Level 3 Application Support

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Windows Active Directory (AD)
  • OT (Operational Technology) and hardware support experience
  • Application packaging and deployment experience
  • Client development/support background
  • Previous Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 or Level 3 application and infrastructure support
  • Support and maintain Active Directory environments
  • Troubleshoot application, hardware, and OT-related issues
  • Assist with application packaging, deployment, and upgrades
  • Work closely with infrastructure, development, and operational teams
  • Ensure systems are maintained in line with operational and compliance standards
