We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned Building, Refurbishment and Fit Out Specialist Company operating within the UK and Ireland. The company is known for projects in Hospitality, Private & Commercial, Residential, Health, Office & Retail, and Education.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Operational Team, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of a variety of projects and for providing regular updates on the performance of ongoing projects valued up to £5million. The role requires weekly travel to the UK without overnight stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery and management of projects together with the Commercial and Operational Teams.
  • Provide timely performance updates for projects up to £5million.
  • Assist in day‑to‑day commercial and contractual matters.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • Commercially and contractually aware with strong knowledge of construction processes.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
  • Experience in the building site area is advantageous.
